Staff and volunteers at the IIIC pose for a photo at the Manchester United - New England Revolution game.

Recently some IIIC staff, year-long J1 Irish Work and Travel graduates and summer J1 students had the pleasure of watching Manchester United play the New England Revolution, thanks to the generosity of Dave Greaney of Synergy Investment and Development.

The evening itself was full of fun and excitement. It all started with the mad rush to Foxboro, with folk getting lost and then lost again as they desperately tried to get to the game on time. In one car Kyle tried his very best but was continually misled by the dodgy co-piloting of Beatriz and Ally!

Those who took the train definitely chose the wiser option. Eventually everyone made it out to Foxboro and got to see a very entertaining game, which Manchester United won on a score line of 4–1. Thanks again to Dave for donating the tickets.
