Tom O'Connor, The Green Briar's congenial barman, helps create a welcoming space for IIIC legal clinics.

By John Rattigan

For the past two years the Green Briar Restaurant and Pub in Brighton Center has hosted the monthly legal clinics sponsored by the Irish International Immigrant Center. On the second Monday of each month we make use of a spacious function room to provide immigration legal services for up to thirty people.

While the wait for an immigration consultation can sometimes be long, there is no more hospitable place than the Green Briar. With its fine food and beverages and, of course, the music of the Monday night Irish seisúns, our clients are made to feel right at home. All of this is presided over by the very affable and congenial barman, Tom O’Connor.

Our grateful thanks to the Briar Group and the entire Green Briar staff for making this possible.
