IIIC Wellness & Education Services department has developed a series of workshops featuring some of Boston’s and Ireland’s foremost stress reduction practitioners to help you cope with and improve how you manage your symptoms of stress. During our most recent workshop just this past spring, we held a series of four two hour workshops covering many topics including coping with stressful thoughts, yoga, holistic approaches to reducing stress, getting a good night’s rest, meditation techniques, healthy eating and self-hypnosis for relaxation and stress reduction.
All our instructors were wonderful and we are so grateful to them for giving their time so generously. We are also grateful to all the attendees who came each week and took the time to give us some really helpful feedback each night. It seemed like everyone gained a great deal from the course and even our presenters stayed around for their colleagues presentations. Each evening was such a great success that we plan to run the series again later this year.
Below you will find details about our presenters with a brief description of their work. If you feel you could make use of their expertise, please feel free to contact them at the details provided below.
